Our Service:

• Collecting the advance rental and security deposit.
• Collecting the rent every month and transferring to the landlord appropriately.

Fee

Our fee for the Rent collection service is 3% of every month in the 12 Month term.

This fee will become payable upon the signing by the tenant's of the Tenancy Agreement as above, and will be deducted from the money received by us as at 1 and 2 above.

The remaining balance will be deposited in the Landlord(s) bank account within same day of receipt of money, in the bank account of choice of the Landlord(s) via BACS transfer. Or as pay by Cheque.
